Biography
As a business owner, teacher, coach, author & wife I have been moved to provide a place for people in support roles around those suffering from mental illness. My life has been peppered with various people who have suffered from mental illness in various ways.
It occurred to me that those in the background are the unsung heroes in these situations. It is my hope that you will find something here to keep you living well in the midst of turmoil!
