What is different about Coach-On-Call from traditional coaching services?
I offer coach on call services, no long term commitments to on-going coaching but scheduling sessions when you need assistance with a particular issue/ work or personal problem CAN STRATEGIZE, TROUBLESHOOT, OFFER GUIDANCE.
How can Coach-On-Call help you and what is it like working with me?
- I will help you get clear about what you want, uncover yourr options, assist you in making a plan that you can take action on.
- As a small business woman, coach, teacher, author, wife, and step mother, I understand the stresses of business, running a home, step children AND wanting more out of life – How can we have it all? I bring clarity and guided support in the midst of chaos. Sometimes the smallest life adjustment brings BIG changes!
- I will quickly re frame issues, put things into context and ask focusing questions.

I had a really interesting young client, John, who knew he wanted to become wealthy through real estate. He was very intelligent and driven but needed a sounding board to add to his vision. My job was to keep him on target with his self imposed deadlines and goals he set for himself. His first purchase of property, turned them into condos and made a handsome profit to do it again!
Another coach on call client, a very talented artist who has traveled the world with her acting and art. She knew what she wanted but needed a sounding board to solidify a plan and support her in her ideas about how she wanted to bring her work to the world and continue her peace work. Through our 1 1/ 2 hour session she rekindled her existing passion and ideas and came up with some action steps toward her goals. I was able to provide her with some resources and she’s now awaiting word from the UN on possible showings of her work.
The key here is that while both clients had very different needs, desires and talents; My job was to act as a sounding board and catalyst to jump-start their dreams.
